Legal information
We are an Estonian-based 100 percent family-owned small furniture manufacturing company.

Personnel
We currently employ a total of 16 employees. As Rakvere town has a vocational school that teaches woodworking and as several furniture-producing companies have operated in the neighbourhood for a long time, we have on our payroll both highly educated young workers as well as craftsmen with over 20 years of experience.

Product profile
Until now our production has included wooden (pine, birch, oak, beech, maple, alder), plywood, chipboard, melamine and MDF-board based different cupboards, shelves, tables, chairs, beds, and furniture details that we have mainly manufactured on a subcontracted basis according to our partners' drawings. In spite of the fact that our main emphasis has been on contract manufacturing, we also have produced some of our own design furniture.

Product sets
We have produced a selection of our own design furniture comprising of bedroom set, cottage set and garden furniture set.

Facilities
We own a total of 1300 m2 manufacturing facilities together with rooms for administration in our plant near Rakvere.

Machinery
Our machinery has been bought as brand new during 2000-2007 and it includes:
- Sawing machinery;
- Drilling machinery and equipment;
- Milling, routing and smoothing machinery and equipment;
- Colouring, soaking, oiling and staining equipment;
- Colouring and heating chambers for extra colour quality.

Production capacities
Our total production capacity is approximately 5000 wooden beds (or a different number of alternative products) montly.
Our production capacities and subcontracting policies enable us to produce 800-1200 wooden beds per single client each month depending on the finishing style and other orders in work.
To provide larger quantities of production, we also have established a network of subcontractors who help us to satisfy the more extended requirements.

Quality control
Combining our experience and new machinery allow us to produce quality that is totally acceptable to Western standards. So far we have produced our furniture to Estonian, Finnish, Swedish, British and Dutch markets. Quality control is ensured in every phase of the work and all the components with defects are removed from the process immediately to be replaced.
